* CFR stadium was opened in 1973 with a frienldy match between CFR and the national team of Cuba. The capacity of the stadium was about 10.000 places.
* The management of our club has decided to modernize the actual stadium to reach european standards.
* In the summer of 2007 started the works of reconstruction of the stadium. Now, the stadium can reach 15.000 people and in the next summer the capacity will be around 25.000
